At Trak Racer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your racing rig and gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all components, hardware, and manuals are placed back in the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Trak Racer

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated regional distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
