How long does shipping take for sim racing cockpits?
Most in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the weight of the chassis.
Are Trak Racer products compatible with my wheel and pedals?
Yes, our cockpits are designed with universal pre-drilled mounting points that support all major brands, including Fanatec, Simucube, Thrustmaster, and Logitech.
What is your return policy for large equipment?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of sim rigs, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do Trak Racer cockpits come with a warranty?
We provide a 5-year warranty on all frames and a 1-year warranty on electronic components and accessories against manufacturing defects.
Can I upgrade my rig later with new accessories?
Absolutely. Our modular design allows you to add monitor stands, keyboard trays, shifter mounts, and motion systems to your existing setup at any time.
Do you offer assembly services?
We do not offer in-person assembly, but all products include detailed digital manuals and video tutorials to guide you through the build process.
